Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve providing immediate access to digital information, data reports, and personalized analysis based on publicly available data, we generally operate under a no-refund policy.

Once a purchase is made and access to the Builder Reports is granted, or the process for generating a personalized Project Report has commenced (typically upon receiving payment and any necessary project details), the sale is considered final.

2. Digital Access and Report Delivery

• Builder Reports: Access to the comprehensive builder reports section is typically granted instantly or very shortly after successful payment confirmation. As the value is delivered immediately through access to this digital content, refunds are not provided for these purchases.
• Personalized Project Reports: For plans including personalized project reports, work commences on generating these reports upon purchase. These reports involve specific research and analysis effort based on your request. Therefore, refunds are not available once the purchase is completed.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Your dissatisfaction with the content of the reports (e.g., finding limited negative information or disagreeing with the data presented, which is sourced from public records).
• Your decision not to proceed with a property purchase after reviewing the reports.
• Your failure to use the service or access the reports after purchase.
• Errors or omissions in the underlying public data sources (RERA, court portals, etc.), as highlighted in our Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions.
• Changing your mind after purchase.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is generally no-refunds, we may consider refunds in very limited, exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:

• Proven technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the purchased content for an extended period, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 72 business hours) after you have contacted us.
• Accidental duplicate purchases of the exact same plan made within a very short timeframe (e.g., within 1 hour). Proof of duplicate transactions will be required.

Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be made in writing to akash@buildersandprojects.com within 7 days of the purchase date, providing full details and supporting evidence.

5. Cancellation

As payments are one-time for lifetime access (lifetime of the service) and access is granted upon payment, cancellation of the service after purchase is not applicable in the traditional sense and does not warrant a refund.
