• We then use OpenAI APIs to generate case summaries from the raw complaint and judgment text.
• After that, we merge and summarize the information builder-wise.
• Finally, we create descriptive statistics, write blog-style reports, and display everything on this website in an easy-to-read format for you.

This entire process is done by us, assisted by AI, and it takes multiple layers of checking to ensure quality. But even with this much care, using AI and automated extraction means there’s still a small chance of errors sneaking in.

Accuracy and Limitations

We try to be as accurate and fair as possible, but it’s important to know:

• Machine learning and AI tools can sometimes misinterpret documents.
• Translation and extraction from scanned PDFs isn't always perfect.
• Some complaints or builder records might get miscategorized or partially missed.
